1) D; 2) B; 3) b; 4) B; 5) B I'm a lawyer, but these questions are not really subject to only multiple choice answers. In number 1, Ace could hire a sub if the contract allowed it. In 2, a minor breach would not allow the nonbreaching party to cancel the contract. The breach would have to be "material" and that's often for a court to decide. The ADA cases are very complex, but I quess I can go with false just based on your question, but a lot depends on whether the employer knew about the disability and if so, tried to make reasonable accomodations and could not do so. 5 is pretty clearcut. If the contract says it cannot be assigned then it can't.
