99 Mercedes C280 that stalls intermittently when it comes to a stop. It eventually restarts & pr

My car keeps stalling, usually after a 'cold start', at the 1st or 2nd stop sign/red light I come to. It eventually restarts w/out any immediate reoccurence, but it has gotten worse/more frequent. Dealer performed diagnostic tests but found nothing; results showed proper fuel mix/pressure etc. One day later, car failed to start altogether! One hour later, no problem. The starter seems fine, and a new alternator was installed one month ago, along with a new a/c condensor. Oil level/pressure is fine. Also, I only use the specified 91 octane gas from a national and reputable station. The car has 89K miles and had a full tune-up at 70K. Does anyone have any insight as to what the cause may be? I would really appreciate any thoughts/advice/ideas.

Sounds like you have a lose wire in the computer harness that controls fuel or fire . These kind of problems are tough to find .I would take the car to the shop the night before and let them test it the next morning so they can duplicate the problem .
